Travel eSIMs
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, for digital content (eSIMs), this right is subject to specific conditions:
Before Activation: You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided the eSIM QR code has not been scanned, installed, or otherwise used.
Loss of Right to Withdraw: By completing your purchase and requesting the immediate delivery of the digital eSIM, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal expires once the digital content is provided to you (delivery of the QR code/activation details).
2. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
As an EU-based service, Conit Cloud guarantees that the digital service will function as described. If the eSIM is technically defective or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase:
You are entitled to a repair or replacement (re-provision of the service).
If we cannot restore connectivity within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or a full refund.
3. Conditions for Refund
Refund requests are evaluated based on the following:
Non-Functional Service: If a technical issue on our side (or our carrier partners) prevents service and our support cannot resolve it.
Unused Products: Refunds are granted for unused eSIMs within 14 days of purchase, provided the profile has not been downloaded or scanned.
4. Exceptions (No Refunds)
Refunds cannot be issued in the following instances:
Device Incompatibility: It is the consumer's responsibility to verify that their device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.
Incorrect Selection: If you purchased a plan for the wrong country but have already scanned the QR code.
Local Network Issues: While we use reliable networks, we are not responsible for localized "dead zones" or temporary maintenance by local carriers that are outside of our control.
