Terms and Conditions – "Conit Cloud x Across Hotels & Resorts" Giveaway

1. The Organizer

The promoter and organizer of this giveaway is OMNINET LTD, located at Akropoleos 115, 172 35 Dafni, Attica, Greece, VAT number 095591561 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta).

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to participants worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of OMNINET LTD, Across Hotels & Resorts, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

• Entries will be accepted from the time the giveaway post is published until June 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM (EEST / Athens Time).
• Entries submitted after this time will not be considered valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all the following steps on the official Instagram post:

1. Like the giveaway post.
2. Follow both official Instagram accounts: @conit.cloud and @across.hotels.
3. Tag one (1) friend in the comments section.

Note: Multiple entries are permitted provided that a different user is tagged in each separate comment. Fake accounts or celebrity accounts tagged will result in disqualification.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Accommodation: A two-night (2-night) stay for two (2) people in a standard double room at any Across Hotels & Resorts property of their choice. Breakfast is included. The stay is valid exclusively for bookings during the months of September or October 2026. The stay is subject to the hotel's availability and may exclude certain peak season or blackout dates.
• Connectivity: One (1) Conit Cloud Greece eSIM, providing data connectivity for the duration of the stay. This eSIM will only be provided if the winner resides in a non-EU country.
• Exclusions: The prize covers accommodation and the specified eSIM only. Flights, ground transportation, meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, and any other extra costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a certified third-party comment picker platform.
• The draw will take place on June 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM (EEST).
• The winner will be announced on the Organizer's Instagram Stories and will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) exclusively by the official @conit.cloud account.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the processing of their personal data (Instagram handle and profile information) by OMNINET LTD solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway, contacting the winner, and arranging the prize. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Organizer's control.
• By participating in this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
